Promotions

Create promotions on your online store to encourage the purchase of your products. You can apply a promotion according to your products, categories, collections and brands.

Access to promotions

  1. Log in to your website's administrative platform.
  2. From the side menu, go to Marketing and then to Promotions.
  3. From this page, you can access all the promotions created on the platform.

Create a promotion

  1. From the side menu, go to Marketing, then to Promotions.
  2. Click on Add.
  3. First determine if the promotion is based on category, products, collections or brands.
  4. Via the Information tab, fill in the requested information (FR/EN)
    1. Title of the promotion
    2. Description (optional)
    3. Discount (%)
    4. Validity date
      1. Uncheck At all times and enter your validity dates for a limited promotion.
  5. Via the User groups tab, determine if the promotion applies to all or to a specific group(s).
  6. Via the Currencies tab, determine if the promotion applies to all currencies on your website.

If it is a category promotion,

  1. Via the Categories tab, determine the categories affected by the promotion.

If it is a products promotion,

  1. Via the Products tab, determine the products that will be affected by the promotion.
  2. Enter the name of the product(s).

If it is a collections promotion,

  1. Via the Collections tab, determine the collections affected by the promotion.

If it is a brands promotion,

  1. Via the Brands tab, determine the brands affected by the promotion.
  2. Save.

The promotion will be automatically applied on your online store (according to the validity dates entered beforehand).

Delete a promotion

  1. From the side menu, go to Marketing and then to Promotions.
  2. Click on the promotion you want to delete.
  3. Click on the trash can .
  4. Confirm the deletion.
