The mailbox allows you to view forms filled out on your website and communicate with your users subsequently.

It should be noted that the filled out forms are also sent by email to the website administrator.

Accessing the mailbox

  1. Log in to the administrative platform of your website.
  2. Through the top menu, click on the icon .
  3. Through this page, you have access to all messages sent through a form on the platform.
  4. Click on a message to see the details and fields filled in by the user.

All unread messages will be identified by the label New.

If you have several forms on the website, the Form column will indicate which form was filled in by the user (e.g. Contact or Careers).

You can delete a message via the trashcan icon .
